Tree Core was established and is run by Eamonn Staunton.

Graduating from GMIT Galway with Bachelor in Forest Management in 2007, Eamonn was also awarded the Augustine Henry Gold Medal the same year by the Irish Society of Foresters for academic achievements at GMIT.

Eamonn then took up a forest management apprenticeship with the Scottish Forestry Commission, based in the West Argyll forest district and was awarded forestry apprentice of the year in 2010.

Wanting to gain experience further afield, Eamonn then worked extensively in the tree and timber industry in New Zealand and Australia over the next 4 years.

Upon returning to Ireland, Eamonn specialised in Arboriculture (Tree Surgery), and is currently an ISA (International Society of Arborists) member and working towards ISA Certification.

He spends his time between Ireland and Bavaria in Germany. Tree care standards in Bavaria are amongst the highest in the world. It is these standards, backed by 18 years experience across 5 countries that make Tree Core market leaders in the tree industry.
